This Privacy Policy explains how ABC Homes LLC ("Albusto", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the Albusto platform and the albusto.com websites.
1. Information we collect
Account information — name, business name, email address, phone number and login credentials of the people who use Albusto.
Billing information — plan, invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive only limited payment metadata (such as card brand and last four digits), never your full card number.
Customer Data you store in the Service — records about your own customers: contact details, job history, notes, messages, call recordings and transcripts, estimates, invoices and payments. This data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type and actions taken in the app, used for security and to improve the product.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and support the Service, including routing calls and messages you send and receive.
- To process subscription payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve the product — including generating call summaries and message triage with AI models. AI features process only the content needed to produce the result and are not used to train third-party foundation models on your data.
- To communicate with you about the Service (support, security and billing notices).
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Albusto — such as cloud hosting, telephony carriers (for calls and SMS), Stripe (payments) and email delivery providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data, or when required by law.
4. Call recording and messaging
Albusto customers may record calls and exchange SMS with their own clients. The business using Albusto is responsible for obtaining any consents required by law. If you believe a business using Albusto has recorded or messaged you improperly, contact us at support@albusto.com and we will assist.
5. Data retention and security
We keep account and Customer Data while your account is active. After account closure we delete or anonymize Customer Data within 90 days, except where a longer period is required by law (for example, financial records). Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based and logged, and production systems are hosted in secured data centers in the United States.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information by contacting us at support@albusto.com. If you are a customer of a business that uses Albusto, we will refer your request to that business, which controls your data, and assist them in fulfilling it. Where applicable state privacy laws grant additional rights (such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising), we honor them — note that we do not engage in targeted advertising or data sales.
7. Cookies
The albusto.com website uses only essential cookies needed for sign-in and security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify account owners by email and update the date above.
