One tool instead of seven tabs

Albusto replaces the answering service, the shared spreadsheet, the group chat, the invoice app and the sticky notes on your dashboard.

Every lead lands in one feed

Calls, voicemails, texts, emails and web forms — all in Pulse, a single live timeline per customer. No more "who was supposed to call them back?"

One inbox collecting phone calls, texts and emails

An AI receptionist that books real jobs

When your team is busy — or asleep — the assistant picks up, qualifies the lead and offers actual open slots from your calendar. Missed call ≠ missed job.

Scheduling that thinks in drive time

The slot engine matches every job to the nearest available tech, so your crew spends the day fixing — not driving across town and back.

Estimates & invoices in two taps

A price book your whole team shares. Send an estimate by text or email, the customer approves and pays online — no printer involved.

Get paid on the spot

Cards, payment links, text-to-pay — powered by Stripe. Money arrives while your tech is still packing the toolbox.

Your team, in view

Roles for dispatchers and technicians, live job statuses, a map of the day. You always know who's where and what's stuck.

See it working

Real product, not renders. This is what your dispatcher sees every morning.

Pulse — the day at a glance

Every conversation, call recording and task in one stream. Action-required items pin to the top, so nothing quietly dies in an inbox.

"We didn't build Albusto to sell software. We built it because our own repair company was drowning in missed calls and paper. Then other owners started asking what we were using."

Questions owners actually ask

What exactly is Albusto?

Albusto is web software (plus a mobile app for technicians) that runs the office side of a field service business: it takes calls and messages, tracks leads, schedules visits, sends estimates and invoices, and collects payments. You and your team log in from any browser.

How does billing work?

You pay a monthly subscription by credit or debit card — processed securely by Stripe. If you use more calls or texts than your plan includes, the extra usage is billed at the per-unit rates shown on your plan. You can see your usage live in Settings → Billing, and every invoice is available there too.

Can I cancel? Do you do refunds?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@albusto.com — there are no long-term contracts. If you cancel mid-cycle, we'll refund the unused portion of your month on a pro-rata basis. Full details in the refund & cancellation policy.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You can keep your existing business number and port it in, or get new local numbers inside Albusto in a couple of clicks. Calls, recordings and texts on those numbers all flow into your Pulse feed.

Will the AI receptionist embarrass me in front of customers?

It answers with your company name, asks the same qualifying questions your best dispatcher would, and offers real open slots from your calendar. If a caller needs a human, it hands off gracefully and your team gets the full recording and summary. You can listen to every call it takes.

Who is behind Albusto?

Albusto is built and operated by ABC Homes LLC, a company that also runs its own appliance-repair business in Boston, Massachusetts. We dispatch real technicians on this software every day — we feel every bug before you do.
