What exactly is Albusto?
Albusto is web software (plus a mobile app for technicians) that runs the office side of a field service business: it takes calls and messages, tracks leads, schedules visits, sends estimates and invoices, and collects payments. You and your team log in from any browser.
How does billing work?
You pay a monthly subscription by credit or debit card — processed securely by Stripe. If you use more calls or texts than your plan includes, the extra usage is billed at the per-unit rates shown on your plan. You can see your usage live in Settings → Billing, and every invoice is available there too.
Can I cancel? Do you do refunds?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@albusto.com — there are no long-term contracts. If you cancel mid-cycle, we'll refund the unused portion of your month on a pro-rata basis. Full details in the refund & cancellation policy.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You can keep your existing business number and port it in, or get new local numbers inside Albusto in a couple of clicks. Calls, recordings and texts on those numbers all flow into your Pulse feed.
Will the AI receptionist embarrass me in front of customers?
It answers with your company name, asks the same qualifying questions your best dispatcher would, and offers real open slots from your calendar. If a caller needs a human, it hands off gracefully and your team gets the full recording and summary. You can listen to every call it takes.
Who is behind Albusto?
Albusto is built and operated by ABC Homes LLC, a company that also runs its own appliance-repair business in Boston, Massachusetts. We dispatch real technicians on this software every day — we feel every bug before you do.
